We will chat for a few minutes on the phone in order to ask any questions you might have, determine if it's a "good fit", discuss billing and scheduling, book your 1st appointment.
APPOINTMENT INFORMATION
1st Appointments are 75 minutes in length
Returning Appointments are typically 60 minutes
Extra time beyond the first hour can be added on, i.e.: couples/family counselling, clients travelling from out of town, clients wanting extra time

BILLING INFORMATION
DIRECT BILLING is available for several insurance companies and typically billed through the TelusHealth e-Claims portal.
THIRD-PARTY PAYORS: i.e. EAP/EFAP, MVA or WCB claim, Short/Long Term Disability, the company will be invoiced directly upon their approval, and working within their treatment conditions.
PAYMENT METHODS: Any amount owing is due in full at the end of each session by credit card, e-transfer, or cash. Receipts will be emailed and can then be submitted to your health insurance company, Health Spending Account, or for income tax purposes.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS prevent other people from attending therapy in a timely manner when they may be in distress or in need of support.

- In-person or Tele/Video Counselling: $180/hr
- Consulting, report-writing, necessary or client-requested time spent out of session: $30/10 min

- Late Cancellation/ Rescheduling (less than 24 hrs notice): 50% of the scheduled session fee
- No Show: 100% of the scheduled session fee
